Ian Barlow has directed Barlow Construction over the last 28 years, currently employing 20 Full Time Tradesmen. This year we have successfully completed a combination of 18 Quality Home Extensions and New Builds, together with partnering Utility Clients and The Licensing and Leisure Corparates.
